Stand clear of the straps, as they are under high tension and may pop out at high speed when cut.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the straps and the wooden box topper. Then lift and remove the cardboard box.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Note: As you\u2019re removing the Fusion M2 box, be sure to pull out the foam and wood corner braces before taking the box all the way off the Fusion M2.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the plastic bag.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Set-Up-Ramps\">Set up the Ramps<\/h2>\n<p>Unscrew and remove the raised wooden edge located on one side of the pallet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the wheel ramps from underneath the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Affix the ramps to the side of the pallet by inserting the metal edges into the slits located where the wooden edge used to be. Make sure the ramps are aligned with the wheels.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Remove-Machine\">Remove the Machine<\/h2>\n<p>Unlock the two wheels at the front of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_unpacking-the-laser_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Fusion M2 32 and 40 systems range in weight from 500 to 679 lbs. so you may need the help of an additional person when pulling the Fusion off the pallet and down the ramps.<\/p>\n<p>Slowly wheel the Fusion M2 off the pallet and down the ramps, taking care to make sure the wheels stay on the ramps.
