We recommend using rigid or flexible metal ducting.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Fusion Pro 32 has two exhaust ports, an upper port and a lower port. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Fusion Pro 48 has three exhaust ports, two upper ports and one lower port. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In both cases, a total of 735 CFM is required for proper ventilation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Exhaust-Motor-Blower\">Exhaust Option 1: Exhaust Motor Blower<\/h2>\n<p>One exhaust setup option is to use an exhaust motor blower, which is very simple to set up. This is an external blower that draws air from the laser machine exhaust ports and pipes it to a wall vent or window. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For the Fusion Pro 32, this requires joining the airflow from the two exhaust ports so it can enter the intake port on the blower. <\/p>\n<p>For the Fusion Pro 48, you\u2019ll need to join all three ports.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An exhaust motor blower is the noisiest of the three exhaust options, but it\u2019s also the most cost-effective.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you choose this option, confirm that you are allowed to exhaust directly to the outdoors in your area.<\/p>\n<h2>Exhaust Option 2: Filtration Unit<\/h2>\n<p>Another option is to hook up your Fusion Pro to an internal standalone filtration system. These systems are also easy to set up. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Connect the exhaust ports on the back of your machine to the intake port on the filtration unit. These units typically use HEPA or<br \/>\n    Carbon Charcoal filters to remove odor and smoke, and the filters will occasionally need to be replaced. They can also be somewhat noisy, but they are ideal if you cannot run an exhaust line to the outdoors, or if you are looking to travel with your laser.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-pro_setting-up-the-exhaust_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We require 735 CFM for external exhaust.
