The bearing set is the race and bearing bracket that guides the X-Axis carriage assembly from left to right. Before starting on this procedure, disconnect the power cord from the machine.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"uk-list uk-list-decimal\">\n<li>\n<p>Remove the left side panel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"442\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Remove the cover off the X-beam.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Relax the X-Axis belt.<\/p>\n<p>a. On the left side of X-beam there is a pulley system. Unscrew both of the screws.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"242\"><\/p>\n<p>b. Push in the pulley and simultaneously tighten the left screw.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Remove the lens assembly from the bearing bracket.<\/p>\n<p>a. Unscrew the two 3\/32 hex screws holding the lens.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"344\"><\/p>\n<p>b. Unscrew the four 3\/32 hex screws on the lens carriage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"320\"><\/p>\n<p>c. Disconnect the white ribbon cord on top of the lens assembly control board.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"173\"><\/p>\n<p>d. Lift up the AA Tube Hangar shaft and place the lens assembly off the rail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Unscrew the 34 3\/32 hexagonal screws on the rail. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"113\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Replace the rail:<\/p>\n<p>a. On the right side of the rail there are engravings by the manufacturer. Locate the arrows in these engravings. To position the rail point, put the engravings on the right side of the X-beam and point the arrows down.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"236\"><\/p>\n<p>b. While screwing in the 34 3\/32 hex screws for the rail, press down firmly on the top of the rail. This will ensure straightness to the rail.<\/p>\n<p>c. Torque the 34 hex screws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Place the lens assembly back on the rail. <\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Screw in the four 3\/32 hex screws to attach the lens assembly to the bearing bracket.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"299\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Screw in the two 3\/32 hex screws to attach the lens.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"306\"><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tighten the belt:<\/p>\n<p>a. Unscrew the two screws holding the belt pulley.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/mini_iko12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\"><\/p>\n<p>b.
