By carefully following each section, you\u2019ll ensure a secure fit and proper alignment between the stand and your Fusion Edge laser system.<\/p>\n<h2>Stand Components<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"uk-list uk-list-square uk-list-primary uk-list-striped\">\n<li>1 &#8211; Wide End Cap (front caster attached)<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; Narrow End Cap (front caster attached)<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; Shelf<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; Rear Panel<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; Rear Casters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Getting Started<\/h2>\n<p>Open the box and unpack all the materials. Lay the parts out on as shown below<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_1.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"uk-panel uk-tile-muted uk-padding\">\n<p><i><strong><span class=\"uk-text-primary uk-h4\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle uk-margin-small-right\"><\/i>Note: <\/span>\t\t<\/strong>There is a wide side and a narrow side to the stand. The Shelf and the Rear Panel are both notched to fit into their respective End Caps. The wide side of the Rear Panel and Shelf have a longer notch as compared to the narrow side of the Rear Panel and Shelf<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Hardware Kit<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_2.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"uk-panel uk-tile-muted uk-padding\">\n<p><i><strong><span class=\"uk-text-primary uk-h4\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle uk-margin-small-right\"><\/i>Note: <\/span><\/strong>The hardware kit is in the padded envelope with the casters. The screws will be used to assemble the stand and the washers are used to attach the stand to the machine. There should be two extra screws when assembly is complete.<br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Assembly<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"uk-list uk-list-decimal uk-list-divider uk-list-xlarge\">\n<li>\n<p>Slide the Rear Panel into the Wide End Cap.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_3.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tip up the Shelf and slide it in place inside the End Cap,<br \/>\n\t\tmaking sure the Shelf and Rear Panel notches line up.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_4.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Slide the Narrow End Cap in place.<strong> Make sure the Rear Panel and the Shelf are both inside the Narrow End Cap.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_5.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"uk-panel uk-tile-muted uk-padding\">\n<p><i><strong><span class=\"uk-text-primary uk-h4\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle uk-margin-small-right\"><\/i>ASSEMBLY TIP: <\/span><\/strong>Do not fully tighten the screws until the final step!<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Install three of the screws on the outside wall of the Wide End Cap, attaching the End Cap to the Shelf. This will help the alignment of the top surface of the Stand<br \/>\n\t\tthat interfaces with the bottom of the Edge laser system.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tighten all screws. (20x total).<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-margin-bottom\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/assets\/img\/knowledge-base\/17k_stand_assembly\/edge_stand_12.png\" alt=\"screenshot\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Attaching the laser to the stand:<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"uk-list uk-list-decimal uk-list-divider uk-list-xlarge\">\n<li>\n<p>Flip the Stand assembly on the casters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Move the stand close to the Edge laser system and prepare for final assembly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Edge has four rubber feet, located near the corners of the machine.
