Preparation<\/h2>\n

  1. \n Power on the machine<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n Turn the laser system on and allow the machine to home.\n <\/p>\n

    \n Lower the table approximately 2\u20133 inches to create clearance for access to the carriage.\n <\/p>\n

    Auto Focus Plunger Replacement<\/h2>\n

    1. \n Remove the rail cover<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n Loosen the seven (7) Phillips screws securing the rail cover, then remove the cover.\n <\/p>\n

    2. \n Remove the magnet screw<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n Using a 5\/64" hex key, remove the screw securing the Auto Focus Plunger magnet.\n <\/p>\n

    3. \n Remove the Auto Focus Plunger<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n Slide the existing Auto Focus Plunger out of the carriage.\n <\/p>\n

    4. \n Install the replacement plunger<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n Insert the new Auto Focus Plunger into the carriage.\n <\/p>\n

      \n Apply light upward pressure to the plunger and reinstall the magnet using the 5\/64" hex screw.
