{"id":18013,"date":"2024-09-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/laser-machine\/fusion-pro\/getting-started\/power-supply_mini-helix\/"},"modified":"2025-10-14T07:10:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T13:10:09","slug":"power-supply_mini-helix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/laser-machine\/mini-helix\/power-electrical\/power-supply_mini-helix\/","title":{"rendered":"Fix a Power Issue: Replacing the Power Supply"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"Remove-Old-Power-Supply\">Remove Old Power Supply<\/h2>\n<p>Shut off the laser and remove the power cord from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Loosen the 8 screws on the back of the machine and remove the back service panel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Locate the power supply on the left hand side of the machine.<\/p>\n<p>Disconnect the three electrical leads.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With a Philips head screwdriver, unscrew the green screws located on each side of the power supply.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the power supply from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Install-New-Power-Supply\">Install New Power Supply<\/h2>\n<p>Replace the old power supply with the new one. Position the power supply in the machine with the green captive screws on the bottom.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tighten the green captive screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/mini-helix_power-supply-replacement_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Reconnect the three electrical leads.
