There are four white connectors and two black connectors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are also two grounding wires attached via nuts to the side of the machine\u2019s interior. Use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to remove the first nut, then remove the first wire. Then remove the lock washer and the second nut, followed by the second wire. Leave the second lock washer on the grounding screw.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the two mounting screws attaching the top of the power supply assembly to the interior side of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the two mounting screws attaching the back of the power supply assembly to the back of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the power supply assembly from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_15.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Install-New-Power-Supply\">Install New Power Supply<\/h2>\n<p>Place the new power supply housing inside the machine\u2019s chassis, placing it as far to the rear of the machine as possible so the circuit breaker and socket are accessible through the chassis\u2019 rear opening.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to loosely install the two rear mounting screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to install and tighten the mounting screws attaching the top of the power supply to the interior side of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_18.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tighten the two rear mounting screws that were previously loosely installed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Reconnect the power supply assembly\u2019s black and white power leads to the various components of the machine. Each of these connectors is different, so there is no risk of connecting them incorrectly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_19.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_20.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_21.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_22.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_23.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_power-supply-replacement_24.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also reinstall the grounding wires by first placing one wire onto the grounding screw against the lock washer. Use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to install a nut to secure the wire.
