They are captive screws and will not come out of the assembly. Slide the assembly out of its housing.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Remove-O_Ring-&#038;-Lens\">Remove Old O-Ring and Lens<\/h2>\n<p>With the lens assembly in the upright position, use a 5\/64\u201d hex key to remove the four screws located in the corners around the lens holder.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Support the lens holder as you turn the lens assembly over.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Continue to support the lens holder as you let it drop away from the upturned lens assembly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Set the lens assembly aside.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the lens by tipping the lens holder over and catching the lens as it falls out.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the O-ring from the lens holder.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Install-O_Ring-&#038;-Lens\">Install New O-Ring and Lens<\/h2>\n<p>Lay the new O-ring in the lens holder.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place the new lens on top of the O-ring, with the curved, convex side facing the O-ring.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_replacing-optics_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Be sure to handle the lens on its edge rather than either of its faces.
