{"id":18044,"date":"2024-09-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/laser-machine\/fusion-pro\/getting-started\/120-watt-co2-laser-tube_fusion\/"},"modified":"2024-09-24T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T06:00:00","slug":"120-watt-co2-laser-tube_fusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/laser-machine\/fusion-m2\/laser-source\/120-watt-co2-laser-tube_fusion\/","title":{"rendered":"120-Watt CO2 Laser Tube"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"Remove-Panel\">Remove Panel<\/h2>\n<p>Shut off the laser and remove the power cord from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the hex screws which secure the lower panel on the rear of the machine, then remove the panel<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Remove-Laser-Tube\">Remove Old Laser Tube<\/h2>\n<p>Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the four green captive screws on the four corners of the laser tube base, as well as the two green captive screws attaching the top of the laser tube to the interior of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unscrew the RF power supply cable from the end of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Disconnect the two black connectors from the other end of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-120_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the laser tube from the machine.
