80 Watt"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"Remove-Panel\">Remove Panel<\/h2>\n<p>Shut off the laser and remove the power cord from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the ten hex screws which secure the lower panel on the rear of the machine, then remove the panel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Remove-Laser-Tube\">Remove Old Laser Tube<\/h2>\n<p>Disconnect the black connector from the right-hand side of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the 8-Pin connector, which resembles an Ethernet or Telephone jack, from the left-hand side of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Disconnect the large black connector that connects the left-hand side of the laser tube to the circuit board in the left section of the rear compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to remove the four nuts securing the U-shaped panel in the rear compartment\u2019s central divider.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Set the panel aside and carefully pull the large black connector through the rubber flap in the central divider.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the three green captive screws located in the right corners and the bottom left corner of the back of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 3\/32\u201d hex key to loosen the screw in the keyhole slot in the top left corner of the back of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Slide the laser tube to the left so the top left screw clears the keyhole slot, then pull the tube out of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The assembly is quite heavy, so lift with caution.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Install-Laser-Tube\">Install New Laser Tube<\/h2>\n<p>Place the new laser tube in the machine, lining up the screw on the back of the machine with the open portion of the keyhole slot on the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Make sure the laser tube is flush with the back of the compartment, then slide it to the right so the top left screw slides into the keyhole slot and the captive screws line up with the screw holes on the chassis.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_15.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 3\/32\u201d hex key to tighten the top left screw and a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the three captive screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Connect the black connector on the right-hand side of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_18.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Connect the 8-Pin connector to the left-hand side of the laser tube. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_19.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Feed the tube\u2019s large black connector through the rubber flap in the central divider and plug it into the circuit board in the left section of the rear compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_20.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-30-70_21.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Replace the U-shaped panel in the central divider by using a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to secure the four nuts.
