\/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the hex screws that secure the lower panel on the rear of the machine, then remove the panel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the top access panel on the left side of the machine by using a 5\/32\u201d hex key to turn the black panel locks \u00be of the way counter-clockwise.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Remove-Fiber-Laser-Tube\">Remove Old Fiber Laser Tube<\/h2>\n<p>The Fusion M2 Fiber Laser Tube is located on the bottom compartment of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two plastic wire clamps securing the laser tube\u2019s black wires.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Slide the wires out of the clamps.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the control board compartment, disconnect the white connector at the end of one of the laser tube\u2019s wires.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to remove the four mounting screw nuts securing the U-shaped panel on the left of the bottom compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Set the panel aside and carefully pull the white connector through the rubber flap.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the large connector on the right corner of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to remove the four nuts securing the U-shaped panel on the right side of the compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_15.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the panel and rubber flap and set them both aside.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From the left side of the machine, use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the four hex screws securing the laser head clamp.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_18.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_19.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Set the clamp aside, then feed the laser head down through the square hole in the bottom of the upper compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_20.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then feed the laser head through the hole at the rear of the bottom compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_21.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to remove the two hex screws securing the back of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_22.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_23.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the two green captive screws securing the front of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_24.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Carefully lift the laser tube out of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_25.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Install-Fiber-Laser-Tube\">Install New Fiber Laser Tube<\/h2>\n<p>To install the new fiber laser tube, place the laser tube in the bottom compartment and align the front captive screws with the screw holes in the chassis.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_26.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_27.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tighten the captive screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_28.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to insert and tighten the two hex screws in the back corners of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_29.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Feed the laser head through the hole in the right side of the compartment, then up through the hole in between the two compartments on the left side of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_30.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_31.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rest the laser head on the mount near the rear of the compartment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_32.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Using a 5\/32\u201d hex key, insert the four hex screws to secure the clamp around the laser head, making sure the laser head is gently pressed up against the back felt pad to create a good seal.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_33.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the back of the machine, replace the U-shaped panel and rubber flap on the right side of the compartment by using a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to secure the four nuts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_34.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_35.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a Phillips head screwdriver to attach the large connector to the bottom right of the laser tube.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_36.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Feed the laser tube\u2019s white connector through the rubber flap on the left side of the compartment, then up into the control board compartment and connect it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_37.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_38.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Make sure the rubber flap on the left side of the bottom compartment is secure, then use a 5\/16\u201d nut driver to secure the U-shaped panel with four nuts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_39.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_40.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Slide the two black wires into the plastic wire clamps, then use a Phillips screwdriver to secure the clamps to their respective screw holes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_41.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_42.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Reinstall Panels\">Reinstall Panels<\/h2>\n<p>Replace the top access panel on the left side of the machine, using a 5\/32\u201d hex key to turn the black panel locks \u00be of the way clockwise.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_43.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_44.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use a 5\/32\u201d hex key to insert the hex screws that secure the lower panel to the rear of the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion_laser-tube-fiber_45.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Plug the machine in and turn it on.<\/p>\n<p><img
