This panel also contains connections for Ethernet, USB and Air Assist. The<br \/>\nLEDs are labeled \u201cInterlocks\u201d, \u201cLaser\u201d, \u201cLaser Control\u201d, \u201cCPU1, \u201cCPU2\u201d and \u201cCAN Bus\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-03-27-111245-219x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"219\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-03-27-111245-219x300.png 219w, https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-03-27-111245.png 228w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 219px) 100vw, 219px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Interpreting the Diagnostic LEDs<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"uk-list uk-list-square uk-list-primary uk-list-striped uk-list-xlarge\">\n<li><strong>Interlocks<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>\tWhen the Interlocks LED is illuminated it indicates that the doors on the engraver<br \/>\n\t\tare closed. If the LED is not illuminated for any reason the laser will not fire, and in<br \/>\n\t\tsome regions the engraver will cease mechanical movement.<\/p>\n<li><strong>Laser<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>This is a laser status LED. It will indicate whether the laser is working as<br \/>\n\t\tdetermined by the system. This led is controlled by CPU2.<\/p>\n<li><strong>Laser Control<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>This LED indicates whether or not the Control Assembly is sending control and<br \/>\n\t\tfire data to the laser tube. This LED will not be illuminated if the laser is not attempting<br \/>\n\t\tto fire. And will either flicker quickly or come on solid when the laser is attempting to fire.<br \/>\n\t\tIf this LED comes on and the laser dose not fire then the Laser tube may not be<br \/>\n\t\treceiving the fire data, may be damaged, or the laser beam may not be getting to the<br \/>\n\t\tbed.<\/p>\n<li><strong>CPU1<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>This LED will blink twice every second on boot to indicate that the Altera FPGA<br \/>\n\t\tand the iMX35 primary CPU are working. This LED will only indicate an error on boot.<\/p>\n<li><strong>CPU2<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>This LED will blink once every second on boot. This indicates that the PIC32<br \/>\n\t\tauxiliary processer is functioning at the time of boot. This LED will only indicate an error<br \/>\n\t\ton boot.<\/p>\n<li><strong>CAN Bus<\/strong><\/li>\n<p>This LED indicates that internal data network (Controller Area Network data<br \/>\n\t\tbuses) is working. This is also an indirect indication that both of the CPUs are working<br \/>\n\t\tafter boot.
