\n This guide provides step-by-step instructions for replacing the SD card and coin battery on Fusion Maker, Edge, and Pro systems. Be sure to follow anti-static precautions and use the required tools for each step.\n<\/p>\n

SD Card Replacement (Fusion Maker & Edge)<\/h2>\n

Control Module \/ SD Card Removal<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Turn off the engraver and disconnect it from the power source.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Disconnect all cables (USB, Ethernet, fan control, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Remove the right panel of the engraver.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Wear an anti-static strap and attach it to a bare metal surface on the machine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Remove the four (4) 5\/32\u201d Hex screws securing the control module.<\/p>\n

    Gently lift the display shroud to access the front electrical harnesses.<\/p>\n

    Disconnect the four (4) electrical harnesses from the front.<\/p>\n

        Open the top door and remove the right panel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Remove the four (4) Hex screws on the control module.<\/p>\n

        Gently lift the bottom of the module to unseat the two (2) multi-pin connectors.<\/p>\n

            When prompted, power cycle the engraver to complete the update.<\/p>\n

            Coin Battery Replacement<\/h2>\n

              Turn off and disconnect the engraver from all power sources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Disconnect all attached cables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Locate the battery holder on the underside.<\/p>\n
