The plug is a 220 Volt 20 Amp plug. Remove the plug from the machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_02.jpg\" alt=\"Removing hex screws from machine\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove the four hex screws from around the exhaust opening. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_03.jpg\" alt=\"Attaching exhaust port to machine\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Take the exhaust port from the accessories box and attach it to the machine. On the Fusion Pro 36 there will be one exhaust port and three on the Fusion Pro 48.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Air-Compressor\">Air Compressor Setup<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_04.jpg\" alt=\"Attaching air compressor regulator to Fusion Pro 36\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Take the Air Compressor Regulator from the air compressor box and attach it to the laser machine. On the Fusion Pro 36 this will be located on the lower right section on the side of the laser machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_05.jpg\" alt=\"Attaching air compressor regulator to Fusion Pro 48\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the Fusion Pro 48 it is located at the top left section on the side of the laser machine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_06.jpg\" alt=\"Removing air compressor from box\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remove your air compressor from the box.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_07.jpg\" alt=\"Attaching muffler to the air compressor\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Attach the black circular muffler to the hole next to the intake sticker.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_08.jpg\" alt=\"Attaching hose to the air compressor regulator to the air compressor\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Attach the hose from the air compressor regulator to the air compressor unit.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_09.jpg\" alt=\"Adjusting the pressure gauge at the air compressor\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can adjust the pressure gauge at the compressor using the red screw. This should be around 60 psi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_10.jpg\" alt=\"Air compressor controls\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are two controls for the air compressor on the Fusion Pro, the Constant Flow and the Full Flow adjustment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_11.jpg\" alt=\"Air compressor flow meter\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Constant Flow adjustment sets the air output when air assist is turned off, helping to keep your lens free of contaminants. This should be set at around 1 or 2 psi. This can be adjusted anytime the machine is turned on.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/200w-setup_fusion-pro_12.jpg\" alt=\"Air compressor flow meter\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Full Flow adjustment allows you to control the air output when Air Assist is turned on. It can be set to a maximum of 30 PSI.
