WARNING:<\/strong> Servicing the power supply while the engraver is powered on can cause serious injury or damage to internal components. Always disconnect all power sources before beginning.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Power Supply Removal<\/h2>\n

  1. \n

    Power OFF the system and disconnect the power cable.<\/p>\n

    Remove the rear-top panel.<\/p>\n

  3. \n

    Disconnect all electrical harnesses from the power supply.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Note:<\/strong> Take a photo of the electrical harnessing before disconnecting it to use as a reference during reinstallation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \"Unplugging\n <\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Remove the mounting screws securing the power supply.<\/p>\n

    \"Unscrewing\n <\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Carefully remove the power supply from the machine.<\/p>\n

    Power Supply Installation<\/h2>\n

      Insert the replacement power supply into the compartment.<\/p>\n

      \"Inserting\n <\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Secure the power supply using the mounting screws.<\/p>\n

      \"Tightening\n <\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Reconnect all electrical harnesses to the replacement power supply.<\/p>\n

      Reinstall the rear-top panel.<\/p>\n

    5. \n

      Reconnect the power cable and power ON the system.<\/p>\n

      Programming Peripherals<\/h2>\n
      \n Note:<\/strong> If your machine is running firmware version 1.1.2.x or later, please skip this section.\n<\/div>\n

        At the display panel, press the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open the Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n

        Press Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        \"Selecting\n <\/li>\n

        Press Program Peripherals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        \"Navigating\n <\/li>\n

      4. \n

        Once in the Peripheral Update<\/strong> menu, select Power Supply<\/strong> and press Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      5. \n

        Allow the engraver to complete the update process.<\/p>\n

        \n

        Warning:<\/strong> Do not power off the engraver during the update. The screen may go dark temporarily\u2014this is normal. Once the update is complete, the system will prompt you to restart the engraver.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      6. \n

        When prompted, power cycle the engraver to complete the update.<\/p>\n
