{"id":21517,"date":"2026-04-06T16:29:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T22:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/?p=21517"},"modified":"2026-04-06T16:49:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T22:49:36","slug":"fusion-ascent-stand-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.epiloglaser.com\/staging\/laser-machine\/fusion-ascent\/getting-started\/fusion-ascent-stand-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"Fusion Ascent Stand Assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"Open-Package\">Open the Package<\/h2>\n<p>Begin by moving the packaging near your machine, in the center of a room or open space.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut the tape that is securing the box, then open the box.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the cardboard Topper.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Begin removing each part of the stand and the tool kit from the box and their plastic wrapping, setting them to the side.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Assembly\">Assembly<\/h2>\n<p>For this step you will use a Phillips screwdriver and the wrench and four of the screws included in your toolkit.<\/p>\n<p>You will have a table stand, 2 cross beams, and two legs. Set one of the legs on the floor or on a table to aid with assembly. Using the Phillips screwdriver with two large screws attach one of the crossbeams to the leg with the crossbeam flat against the bar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finish tightening it using the wrench.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Attach the second cross beam using two more large screws with the cross beam flat against the bar, finish tightening it as well with the wrench.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, attach the left leg to the cross beams using four large screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With the cross beams flat against the bar, finish tightening them with the use of a wrench.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rotate the stand onto its feet, then attach the accessory shelf to the cross beams using four large screws.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now the stand is ready to attach to the laser system. With at least two people, carefully lift the machine up and place it onto the stand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Make sure the front of the machine faces the side of the stand with shorter wheel mounts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The four feet on the bottom of the engraver should drop into the half circles in the stand base.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fusion-ascent_assembling-the-stand_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To secure the machine onto the stand, remove the front 2 feet from the bottom of the engraver.
