Der Red Dot Pointer ist ein sichtbarer Punkt laser beam , der auf derselben Linie verläuft wie der unsichtbare CO₂- laser beam. Er ist nützlich, um die Position des Laserkopfes anzuzeigen, wenn der Jog- oder Fokusmodus verwendet wird.
