**Static weight refers to the maximum load that the table assembly can safely hold while not in motion.
If attempting to mark a piece of material that exceeds the lifting weight, but not the static weight of the engraver, it is advised to move the engraver table to the appropriate focal point for that material prior to inserting the material into the engraver.
