Introduction

To ensure peak performance and extend the lifespan of your laser system, follow this structured maintenance schedule.


Bi-Weekly

High Frequency

  • Clean Optics: Inspect and clean mirrors and lenses.
  • Clean Crumb Tray: Remove debris to prevent flare-ups.

Monthly

System Check

  • Clean laser fans
  • Clean & lubricate bearings
  • Check beam alignment
  • Verify Manual/Auto Focus accuracy

Quarterly

Deep Clean

  • Clean Y rails (where applicable)
  • Clean CPU fan filter
  • Complete interior cabinet cleaning
  • Inspect and clean exhaust vents/ducts

Annually

Annual Service

  • Full machine preventative maintenance service
  • Complete inspection & performance verification

Note: Environments cutting high-residue materials like wood or acrylic may require more frequent cleaning of optics and exhaust systems.
