Fiber Power Supply

Introduction

This guide covers replacing the fiber laser power supply (48V to 24V DC-DC converter) on the Fusion Galvo G100. The power supply is reached through the bottom of the engraver.

Parts Required

  • LC0437 – Power Supply, +48V to +24V DC-DC

Tools Required

  • T30 Torx Driver
  • Phillips Screwdriver

Safety First: Ensure the engraver is completely powered off and the power cord is disconnected before removing any panels or touching internal electronics. This procedure requires laying the engraver on its back, so have a second person available to help.
